Key Features: Ultra-high voltage withstand capability The use of multi-layer insulated winding (e.g., triple insulated enameled wire), vacuum impregnated encapsulation, or epoxy coating ensures that there is no risk of breakdown at voltages ranging from kilovolts (kV) to tens of kilovolts. Low distributed capacitance Optimized winding structure and core design to reduce interlayer capacitance and avoid voltage spikes or energy loss caused by high frequency resonance. High Temperature Stability Selection of high temperature resistant core materials (e.g. FeSiAl, nanocrystalline) and insulation system to meet the challenge of temperature rise under high power density scenarios. Arc-resistant design Special termination process and air gap control to prevent partial discharge or arcing caused by high voltage electric field.
