    Alloy powder cores is a kind of soft magnetic material made of iron base alloy material, which is mixed by surface insulation coating and inorganic adhesive and then processed at high temperature. Based on the composition of their alloys, there are mainly three categories: Sendust Cores, High Flux Cores and MPP Cores.

    1. High Flux Cores Family

    Iron-nickel magnetic core(HF)

    FEATURE:

    Ferronickel magnetic core is a metal powder core made of 50%Fe and 50%Ni alloy powder, also known as high flux magnetic core. Among all powder materials, ferronickel magnetic core has the best DC bias capability, high saturation flux density (15000 Gauss), low core loss and high energy storage characteristics, which is very suitable for high-power and large DC bias applications. Such as dimming inductor, back sweep Transformer, online noise filter, pulse transformer and power back number correction inductor.

    2. MPP Cores Family

    Ferronickel-molybdenum magnetic core(MPP Core)

    FEATURE:

    Ferroni-mo magnetic core A powder material made of 17%Fe, 81%Ni, and 2%Mo alloy powder, also known as molybdenum-beryllium-Mo magnetic core. It has high resistivity, low hysteresis and low eddy current loss. In the field of magnetic core, its core loss is the lowest, but also has the best temperature stability. Very suitable for back sweep transformer, high Q filter, boost and step-down inductor, power factor correction inductor (PFC inductor), in the electrical noise filter, etc.

    3. Sendust Cores Family

    Ferrosilicon aluminum magnetic core (KS)

    FEATURES:

    Ferrosilicon aluminum magnetic core (KS) is a metallic soft magnetic material produced from an 85%Fe, 9%Si, and 6%Al alloy powder. It was first invented in the 1930s in Japan. It is also called Sendust alloy due to its location in Sendai, Japan, and is called Kool Mu by Magnetics. Because the core is a magnetic material with low loss and relatively high saturation magnetic induction (10500 Gauss), it is very suitable for power factor correction circuits (PFC inductors), pulse sweep Transformers and energy storage filter inductors. The soft magnetic material is close to zero magnetostriction and is also particularly suitable for on-line noise elimination filters. The ferrosilicon aluminum core is manufactured without organic adhesives, so there is no problem of thermal aging, and it can be used for a long time in the working range of 200℃. At present can produce from 26μ-125μpermeability, and a variety of shapes of products (ring, U, E, block type) is a cost-effective powder core.
