    Our new generation of planar power inductors utilize precision-wound flat copper coils and advanced ferrite cores to deliver an industry-leading 39A continuous current within a compact ER25 package size (30.5x27mm). Featuring 1500V enhanced isolation, they meet the demands of critical medical and automotive applications.

    Switch-mode power supplies above 500kHz face vicious EMI spikes near the self-resonant frequency (SRF). Unlike conventional toroidal RF inductors, our planar architecture achieves controlled SRF at 1.6MHz (TPER25-161Y model) with impedance peaks of 400Ω – 2× higher than industry averages. This translates to:

    • 30% lower conducted emissions in 65W USB-PD adapters (per CISPR 32 tests)
    • Elimination of re-spins caused by 1-2MHz band failures in GaN-based designs
    • Compatibility with high-speed EMI Filter stages near IC drivers
